A LITTLE HEAVIER.

Strength has one simple secret: do slightly more than last time. One more rep, one small plate, one second slower on the way down. This week's two sessions are built around that idea — gentle, patient, unstoppable.

The Progress Test

No weights? A backpack with a few books becomes one. Note your numbers today — next time, the aim is one more rep or one slower lowering. That's the whole philosophy.

The Overload Day

Make it yours

Each session once or twice this week, non-consecutive days. The notebook matters more than the weights: progress you don't record is progress you'll repeat instead of build on.

Safety first

Add load only when every rep of every set feels controlled. Move within a pain-free range, breathe continuously, and stop anything that causes sharp pain or dizziness. If you're pregnant, postpartum, or managing a condition, check in with your doctor before starting a new routine.
